We
had another visiting expedition today. This time we went out to
Stirling to see the BUPA Aged Care Home. It is very new having only
opened in November last year. It seems very nice.
Geoff
& I visited Greg in the hospital for a couple of hours in the
afternoon. With Val still under the weather she decided not to share
her germs.

HE SAID:
It is just as well that we have started looking at nursing homes for Dad, as I got a call from a hospital social worker who said that Dad was ready to be discharged. This was news to him and us! It turned out to not be correct, but at least we have some applications in now for when he is ready to get out of hospital. It is a shame it won't be to home, but reality has hit now that his care needs are higher than what can be provided at home.
