SAID:
We
went to Bertie after dropping Val at Calwell. Rose was home (we are storing our caravan at her place), so we had
a cuppa with her, her son Brian, & grandson Daniel. Then we sorted out a few
things in Bertie, for our forthcoming trip to Jervis
Bay.
Back
at Farrer, I put the Chicken a la King on to slow cook for dinner
tonight, & made a Baked Cheesecake for tomorrow's afternoon tea at
the nursing home.
Mick
arrived from the Blue Mountains in the late afternoon, so after
visiting his Dad it was dinner & gas-bagging back at Farrer.

The day was quite a gab-fest. First with the McLachlans and then the O'Regans.
