SHE SAID:

We were the social butterflies today! Geoff & I visited Bevan in Dunlop this morning, & got party pies & mini sausages rolls with our cuppa. We also took Krispy Kreme Donuts, which went down well.

For dinner we headed into Civic, to meet up with friends from Darwin who have been travelling around Australia in their van for about 4 months. We ate at an Indian place called Blu Ginger. I can't say I took too much notice of the food, as I was too busy talking & listening to their trip stories.

Lynn and Roscoe, friends from Darwin, were great company. The evening flew by, with many stories swapped. And, despite Varena's lack of concern, the food was very tasty.
