Sad
to say that Greg is fading away. He has periods of lucidity,
especially when new people arrive to see him, but in the main he is
dozing, & everyone is trying to make him comfortable.
All
the family apart from Kathy are now here in Canberra; the house at
Farrer is full. I manage the food for everyone in the evening. Very
sad time at the moment.
HE SAID:
There were lots of arrivals throughout the day. Keeping Dad comfortable is the main thing, so not having us all in to see him at once is important; the noise of all the O'Regans in the same room can be rather deafening.
