The final packing & checking of the house was done quickly. Then it was a case of hurry up & wait for Karen's return. She messaged me that the flight was an hour late leaving Hong Kong, so she didn't think she'd be back till 1.30-2pm.

Geoff got pies from town for lunch, to save us messing the kitchen again.

Karen arrived just after 1.30pm; she said she was knackered, but seemed quite chatty.

After running though the list we had for the handover we left around 2pm. It was an uneventful trip back to Canberra.

Well, that month seemed to go rather quickly. It must have been all the visitors we had.

I managed to keep Suki out of Varena's packing. Karen would not have been too impressed with having her cat kidnapped.
