Geoff
& I headed to the north again today; we had arranged to meet a
couple of lots of friends. Before we left the city I had a quick
detour to Circular Quay to get a look at the Cunard Liner “Queen
Elizabeth” which had docked over night.
We
had a lovely brunch at Warnie's Cafe at Warnervale, which lasted a
good 3 hours.
Then
we headed around 20kms down the road to Ourimbah for a cuppa,
pastries, & chat with Marcia & Roger. We got back to Waterloo
around 7pm, all talked out & full of yummy foods.

Me & Michelle |
Just up the road from Australia's largest city and the communications let us down again. Michelle was at one end of the cafe waiting for us, and we were at the other end waiting for her. Our various wanderings had not led to us finding each other. Varena sent Michelle a text message, but as she demonstrated to us, there was no mobile signal there. Australia still has a very long way to go...
Michelle, Marcia and Roger were great company again. It was a tiring day of food and chatting.
