had a walk along the Gloucester River, which runs behind the van.
There were lots of fungus out; they must love this wet weather. I did
actually see the sun very briefly, but once again the rain won out.
Geoff
& I went for a platypus hunt down on the river later, but had no
luck.

I was hopeful that we'd spot a platypus, but we missed out. The rivers around Gloucester are supposed to be home to the shy little buggers, but they were too shy for us.
