SHE
SAID:
With
the sun out again today, & smoked salmon & scrambled eggs made
for me for breakfast, I was off to a good start for my 53rd birthday!
We
had a couple of hours out touring around Cardwell: checking out the
Coral Sea WW2 Memorial, Cardwell Pier, & foreshore, then the scenic
Forest Drive. Our final stop for the day was Murray Falls; they were
really flowing.
Geoff
had booked dinner for us at the Bingil Bay Cafe. It is an eclectic, hippy
place, which was quite nice, though the service was very slow.

Happy Birthday Varena!
At our age, and with nowhere to put "things", because we live in a caravan, we have to try and make birthdays a bit memorable without presents. Breakfast, spotting an orchid, an outing, then dinner, should do the trick. I thought we had a good day!
