SHE SAID:

Today we went out to the Burdekin Weir, which was gushing over the edge. It is apparently the largest river by “peak discharge volume”, though till the last couple of days I'd never heard of it!

Geoff wanted to pick up beer & get fuel on the way back to the caravan park, then that was our day done. The park was quite quiet in the afternoon, with a lot of people gone this morning.

Marinated Fillet Steak & salad rounded the very pleasant day off nicely.

A little more touring around the area and then a lot more relaxing at the van. I could get used to this.

  1. I am sure you would like to correct the spelling of "supersede". Yes, it has an "s", not a "c".
