SHE
SAID:
We
hit the road soon after 9am, and it was fairly busy, being the start of
the Easter Long Weekend.
We
had arranged to meet Carol, Mal & the kids at the Bluewater Cafe
at Trinity Beach for lunch. Then it was onwards to Port Douglas,
where we met up with Sven the AirBnB owner, for a 3 night stay at his
unit in The Mediterranean Resort.
Kath,
who also arrived today, but was staying across the road at the
Sheraton Mirage, came over for pizza & wine later in the evening.

We had not seen Mal for several years, so we had a bit of a chat over lunch. They are a fun bunch, so well worth stopping in to catch up with.
My memories of Port Douglas are virtually non-existent, so it like a new place for me. And I like it. Very touristy, but nice.
