SHE SAID:
It was a relaxed day at the house We joined the others on & off during the day, for drinks, helping out where required with prep for tomorrow's "event", & a property wander too.
The weather returned to squally rain, but mild. Dinner was for 8, with split marinaded chickens, salad & coleslaw, followed by berry slice & custard, then Port & after dinner mints.

HE SAID:
With other guests around we mixed being at the van and at the house. Varena, Dorte, and Jess had an orchid wander around the block, finding enough to be rather pleased. We had a good, chatty evening, but not a late one.
