SHE SAID:

We had a mammoth 14-hour orchid day, the longest for both of us EVER!

There was a burn I wanted to check out on the south coast, & we needed an early start. It was a good day, though nothing new was found. We got back around 7pm, & now I’m feeling quite knackered!

HE SAID:

Today was a record feat of human endurance! I was up at 5am, and we were on the road at 5:15. There was a fair bit of off-road 4WD action to keep me amused, and Varena saw lots of orchids, though nothing new. We were very tired by the time we got back to the van in Busselton, had a light dinner, and a fairly early night.
