SHE
SAID:
D-day
has arrived; the weather has cooled dramatically, good in the fact
that everyone has to "dress-up" to the nines for the
wedding & it would have ended in a sticky mess if it had been
yesterday's temp's of 40oC.
We
had pre-wedding photo's at Farrer for those who were there, headed
for the Gold Creek Chapel for the "Main Event" & more
photo's, champagne in the car park....even more photo's & ended
the day at the Siren Bar in Gungahlin.
The
highlights of the day was the "mucking around" &
"favourite pest" words in the bride & grooms words to
each other.
Then the way the staff cleared the tables at the
reception with a bucket going around the tables to collect the
cutlery..OMG..having worked for many years in the catering industry I
was stunned...!!!

HE SAID:
A good day for a wedding. I wasn't looking forward to being cooked alive in a suit, so a cool change suited me fine. All went well with the whole day (as far as I know).
