SAID:
We
went out on another fishing charter this morning, the last "hoorah"
in Lakes Entrance I guess. This time we went along North Arm to The
Narrows, passing Rigby Island heading towards Metung & stopped in
three different places. Both Geoff & I caught some small salmon,
also toadfish & crabs!
I
somehow managed to "catch" a mussel attached to a stone!
Once
again it was a nice morning out & pleasant "boating" on the water.

HE SAID:
We had to have another go, and this time with a little success. Between us I reckon we may have landed a dozen barely legal keepers. But as we were hoping for a dinner sized fish we kept chucking them back. In the end we only kept one whiting.
