SHE SAID:

As the morning was cold, windy & drizzly we stayed inside, but it brightened up in the afternoon enough for us to go for a walk! It is quite hilly around the area & I got suitably knackered with the hills.

We treated ourselves to drinks out the front on the little table & chairs setup that is there for the afternoon sun. Tom joined us too!

Sometimes Varena's good intentions get the better of her. When she suggested that we go for a walk I was a bit iffy. But after we got going I came good. On the other hand, Varena was all puffed and sweaty at the end. Apparently she had been making an effort to keep up with me.
