SHE SAID:
Cathay
Pacific is NOT on my favourites list anymore (I had high expectations
but was very disappointed). When we checked in they gave us separate
seats 12 rows apart! We couldn't believe it, & she didn't try to
change the seating even though we booked in about 5 hours before the
flight.
As
it turned out, the guy Geoff was sitting next to on the plane was happy
to swap with me, but as for Cathay Pacific, I won't choose them
again!
Anyhow
enough of the ranting.....
We
arrived to rain in England...welcome to the British Summer.
Mum
met us at Horsham Bus Station; it's good to be back in my “home”
town.

HE SAID:
I should not have been surprised, but it was cold and raining upon our arrival. Hmmmm. And I know this because we were out in it, trying to get a bus from Gatwick to Horsham. A friend of Varena's mum had suggested the bus, but in hindsight it was a dumb idea, as the train went from within the Gatwick terminal and would have taken about a quarter of the time. A lesson for next time I guess.
