SHE SAID:
Last
night our oil heater/ portable radiator decided to die! Which meant
that we had to use the AC on heat to warm Bertie up; which is fine
through the evening, but through the night it is not. It bangs in &
out when the temperature is reached...
SO,
the upshot is we have decided to head for Canberra ASAP, now getting
there on Friday afternoon instead of Saturday.
We
passed through Coonabarabran, Gilgandra, Dubbo & Wellington at a
steady pace, deciding to push on through to Cudal just past Molong!
It
was only 3.30pm when we set up Bertie so not too long a day. No
warmer here though!!!

A longer drive than usual today. Beating the cold was our priority.
