HE SAID:

 

We all had a fairly relaxed start to the day before Varena took off for hair and nail stuff. Dad had a little snooze mid-morning and then Mum, Dad and I trooped back to the hospital. Dad had enjoyed his overnight parole, but slipped back into the groove back at the rehab ward.

 

I left Mum and Dad there after lunch, returning at 5:30 to the good news that Dad should be fine for another overnighter soon, and that there is a good chance of a return to home next Monday. All good.
