We slept OK in the van, though I think Geoff has a sore neck!

Patsy rang to say they were heading off around 11.30am, so we farewelled Linda for the 2 minute drive up to the “house-sit”. It's great to have our own space for a whole week.

Washing on, Bolognese sauce cooking & then a sit down.

Linda, Gwyn & the kids came over about 7pm & we went for a walk with their dog to Hope Mountain; great views of the surround countryside.

HE SAID:

I thought we were just going to walk Linda's dog on a hill. But it turned out to be quite a walk, starting and finishing at Gwyn's parents farm house. So by the time we'd all had a chat it was about 11pm when we got back.
