SHE SAID:

A hot, but quiet, day at the house, with the minimum of movement by everyone. The temperature is expected to be in the high 30c's.

Meg, Eileen & co came over as usual around 3.30pm for afternoon tea & a chat.

I Skyped with Mum in the evening. She said that England is having almost record breakingly mild weather for winter.

Just a hot day with a few things to do around the house.
