SHE SAID:

I headed off on an orchid hunt today. This one was organised by the local orchid group & there were 13 of us stomping off along the bush track to Smoker's Gap.

Four hours later, around 2.30pm, the tally was about 8 sightings of different types, only one of which was a new one for me though, I think. It was a great day & nice to go out with other like-minded people.

In the evening Geoff & I treated Eileen, Neil & Philippa & Meg to a Thai meal at Wanniassa. Just a small "thank you", for looking after our remaining stuff & Bertie the caravan for us.

Most of my day was spent running my eye over our latest travel book. The editing takes ages, hence the delay in getting it printed. Having these books is great!
