Geoff
& Val headed to the hospital, whilst I did some household chores.
They
were both back for lunch & a couple of hours before heading back
again to visit Greg. With it being a Sunday I stayed away as Greg
will be having lots of family visitors & things get rather
crowded & noisy!
Another stop on my Walkabout last weekend was the remains of the Duntroon Dairy; the oldest surviving building in Canberra |
Duntroon Dairy - Circa 1834 |
Mugga Mugga Cottage, on the opposite side of the valley to the Duntroon Dairy |
The outhouses attached to Mugga Mugga Cottage |
The cottage has been extended many time since it was originally built. It is not a pretty looking place, but as it is one of the last surviving cottage of the Duntroon Estate is it quite interesting |
