SHE
SAID:
We
headed out for the day, into overcast, dreary weather. There were
rain drops on the air, on & off, the whole day, but it didn't
pour till we returned to the van.
Our
travels took us through the Murramarang National Park, where we found a
couple of orchids, though nothing new for me. Our stops at Pebbly & Pretty Beaches were
brief; there is now an $8 fee to park! Thankfully Merry Beach was
free, so we had our picnic lunch on the beach there!
Geoff
dropped me at Emily Miller Beach, about 1/2km from the caravan park, &
I walked back along the beach, the bush & the rock shelf along the coast.

We enjoyed a fairly easy day of exploring the area.
