Saturday 24th March

SHE SAID :

Geoff and Ramzie took themselves to the cricket today. I tagged along with Tina and Miskah to the Old Biscuit Mill Markets.
It was an excellent markets with dozens of choices of tantalising smelling foods on offer. As close to the Mindil Beach Markets as I have found. We also had a look at the crafts, clothes and knick knacks too.

After a bit more shopping and a quiet few hours back in Constantia we were off to the Mount Nelson Hotel for high tea. This old colonial style hotel, is THE place for tea. It was lovely. I wandered around with camera in hand, as always !

We beat Geoff and Ramzie back to the house, but when Geoff did get back he was a sad little Vegemite. It seems that the  Australian cricketers were attempting to cheat and got caught out in a big way. OH NO.

Heading for the markets in Woodstock

HE SAID:

Oh no! WTF!

I have absolutely no friggin idea about this sandpaper cricket ball business.
WTF were they thinking!
A series of clisterf***(& from mid-afternoon at the cricket. I could not see the scoreboard with its live coverage and replays of the incident, but the murmurs in the crowd after seeing the umpires talking with Bancroft had us online in a flash).
Ramzie quickly had photos of the incident - and I was stunned. And annoyed. And angry. Amd embarrassed. WTF!
There will be more to hear on this!
