Friday 12th October

SHE SAID:

The final foray into the park was a mostly dry affair. The northern section was very rocky & dry, though we did find some hardy little orchids. We had morning tea at the Boar Gully Camping Ground, which was surprisingly green.

After lunch back at Bertie I had one last wander, finding a few repeat orchid types.

For dinner we went to the local Anakie café/bar, along with Caz & Bart & their friends that we had met when doing the house sit; Mary & Chris.

The orchids were a bit light on today. But dinner was good, and we had chatty evening back at Caz and Bart's afterwards.
