SHE SAID:

I was keen to get out for a bush walk today, & Geoff decided to come along.

I knew there was little hope of orchids, but thought I’d try a couple of spots I thought were most likely to have Bunnies. I was out of luck again, but it was good to for a walk.

The middle of the Forrest Highway was on fire when we drove back, luckily our side of the road wasn't closed, the northbound traffic was backed up for 2-3km.

We had about 60km to drive for our brief orchid hunt. No signs of any living orchids were sighted, but it was good to stretch the old legs a bit.
