After I finished cleaning the caravan we headed out for a couple of hours. We checked out Boyagin Rock NR. We have been here before but only along the main track through the centre. This time we did a small section of minor tracks: Owl, Wren & Nightjar Roads (tracks), which wound around the reserve to the south, past several large granite rocks.
We did spot quite a few orchids; the Snails are coming out now, & Frog Greenhoods are budding, as are the Donkeys.
We didn’t have any luck finding Numbats here though, They are around but not in the numbers they are in Dryandra. Maybe one day we will be lucky; the weather wasn’t the best for searching for them; drizzling rain, windy & cool.

We managed to find a few orchids today, so Varena was happy.
