We got up to 32C today, heading for 40C again by New Year’s Day!
Another quiet day, no appearance by owners again, but all good here; there is no need for them to be here, really.
I got half of the September file sorted; it is a BIG month with loads of places visited & heaps of orchids seen.
In the afternoon Jacqueline messaged with an invite to their place on New Year’s Eve. Bring a plate & yourselves! She also mentioned she has a replacement for us lined up.

HE SAID:
An early start for me. There was some play lost due to rain yesterday so the remaining days will start early. For me that is a 7am start, and I want to sort the chickens etc before play commences. Crack of dawn stuff. A day of watching cricket. Plenty of attention for the chooks during the breaks in play.
