Happy 59th Birthday Bro!
We went for a morning walk on Hospital Beach, which is west of the Busselton Jetty. There were quite a few people with the same idea, and many had dogs with them. It was a mild morning with the clouds slowly burning off.
From here we went to get the car cleaned, & to round off the morning events we had huge double-scoop ice creams at Simmo’s. This place was introduced to us by local Dorte, who calls it her “Kryptonite”. So, I had to send her a photo of us enjoying our cones!

It is my sister Carmel's 54th birthday. So another reminder of my old age. She seems to be managing the breast cancer as well as can be expected, with six more radiation treatments to go, followed by several years of hormone treatment. We wish her well.
Our walk on the beach was very enjoyable. I was wondering about all the dozens of people spread out over hundreds of metres, then thought of the poor europeans and americans who would be sharing their space with hundreds of others. We do have it very good! Both the ute and us had a little treat after our walk.
The afternoon had two BBL matches, which were both high scoring affairs, and I enjoyed them.
