SHE SAID:

With Geoff’s sister Kath arriving in the early afternoon we had a tidy up & clean through of the house. Geoff had also pronounced that he would make a cake to belatedly celebrate Kath’s 60th Birthday. Cool, good on him!

He chose the Lemon Polenta Cake that I found quite a few years ago; it is always very nice. It turned out lovely. 

Kath arrived at the local Busselton Airport direct from Sydney in the early afternoon, & the right time for afternoon tea. Perfect.                                                                                                 

Kath seems suitably impressed with his efforts & thoughtfulness.

We chatted away for the rest of the afternoon & evening & managed a dip in the pool too.

HE SAID:

After a quick once over of the house we headed out to collect Kath from Busselton Airport. It is only about 12 minutes from the house, so very convenient. We arrived at the airport about 10 minutes before her flight was expected but they had already landed and disembarked!. When we caught up with Kath at the baggage belt she was writing a text to me to say that she was here. No harm done as we still waited another 10 minutes for her bag to come out. After that it was a chatty time, minus some cricket watching for me, and a tasty nibble dinner outside at this nice house.
