Thursday 30^th January

I went into Busselton to pick up my new glasses, as the current ones are 3 ½ years old & I was in need of an updated prescription. I also did some grocery shopping, bumping into Dorte in Aldi!

Otherwise, it was a quiet rest of the day. Geoff had the cricket on from midday & I continued with stuff on the computer.

We Skyped with Juli-chin & Kiyoka earlier than usual as Mum can’t Skype them till later, so I suggested we swap.

Despite my best efforts I can't seem to keep the small collection of frogs out of the pool. They don't appear to mind that the water is salted, and keep returning despite my efforts to remove them. Every morning there are between 1 and 5 little buggers, though I haven't seen the first, large, one again.

Australia declared at 6/654 this afternoon, so I guess Sri Lanka losing 3 wickets for not much by stumps was not great for them!
