SHE SAID:
We had 7 places to go to in town this morning, from supermarkets, to the post office, chemist, Lotto agent, Bunnings & then to pre-vote in the WA elections. I was happy with the $140 win on Lotto as it paid for the next month's tickets with change leftover; we rarely get more than $20 or $30 winnings.
We got all that done & were back to the house for morning tea.
Geoff planted the herbs we got in Bunnings: Basil & Parsley. The house ones are old, woody, & going to seed. I paid for them with the Lotto winnings & got my first “King Charles” $2 coin! I’ve not come across any before, as we use cash so very little these days.

Something didn’t seem right this morning when we had finished our errands and actually got everything done. There is usually something that goes awry, but not today. Good!
