SHE SAID:

A quiet day, with Geoff still feeling dizzy & "off"; he plonked in front of the TV. There was plenty of sport to keep him occupied, & stationary.

I continued on with the orchid file, list & spreadsheet.

The hot-ish weather, 33C, is still hanging around. I think a cooler change comes in on Wednesday, so staying inside works for us.

My vertigo came back hard today. Why I am having another round of vertigo is unknown to me. This time it feels different. I usually get a fairly sudden onset, then a day or so of improving. Whether it is BPPV, Vestibular Migraine, Meniere’s, or something else, it is awful and I want a definite diagnosis, and therefore a treatment. Luckily for me there was heaps of sport on TV to keep me entertained while I tried to keep my head still.
