I went out for the morning with Jan & Roydon; they took me to a couple of their spots. I had been to one of them before, but the other location was new. We found quite a few Leafless Orchids, & some buds.
The 3rd stop was Ruabon NR, where there were quite a few Hares in bud, & one with its legs sticking out. On the return I spotted 1 plant with 1 ½ flowers out, another first for the season. COOL.

HE SAID:
Hoping for another incremental improvement I stayed in while Varena went out fellow orchid nuts Jan and Roydon. I’m glad they found some orchids; Varena gets so happy when she finds them.
