SHE SAID:
Geoff & I had an hour’s walk to the beach along & back through the suburbs. It was mild, sunny & there were quite a lot of people out & about.
Other than that, we hung out at the house.

HE SAID:
Our beach-side wander made a good change for me. I had planned to be glued to the TV watching cricket, but as the 4th Ashes test finished in two days I had an opening in my schedule. There was still BBL in the arvo.
