SHE SAID :

Off on our next journey today. We are heading for Bodelva in Cornwall, to the Eden Project, though we are only going about half way today.

We had a good start; all of about half an hour till the traffic just came to a standstill on a dual carriageway. One hour &15 minutes later we passed the snarl-point, the off ramp to Goodwood racecourse. The "Festival of Speed" was on.....LOL!

The rest of the trip was uneventful but showery; we didn't end up at our planned destination of Litton Cheney, instead we stayed at West Bay (where the TV murder series Broadchurch was partly filmed).

 HE SAID:

Litton Cheney was a bit of a let down, so we headed on and found ourselves at West Bay. The dramatic cliffs, which look like huge compressed sand dunes, were familiar from tv. As the weather had improved, we spent the pleasant evening wandering around the harbour.
