Sunday 30th August 2015

SHE SAID:

Mum, Geoff & I headed over to Henfield, to John's place, & we all went out to lunch at one of the local pubs, called the White Hart.

We had a nice leisurely lunch with wine, & a walk back via the “cat house”, a lovely Tudor style (we couldn't see a date on it, but it looks very old) house. It had a thatched roof with a cat in straw on the top, & black cats around the top of the walls. (See photos).

This is the "cat house". It seems to be an original,
judging by the size of the front door that Geoff is standing by!

Cats everywhere, though John told us the current
owners appear to have a dog!

HE SAID:

Did you like my photobomb at the front of the pub? For some reason I must have been in stealth mode, as they did not hear me approach.

The pub serves a Sunday roast, so a bit of roast lamb hit the spot for me.
