A
little less walking today, as we took the tube to Kew Gardens. It has
been on my "to do" list for ages. The autumn colours were
lovely, and the squirrels annoyingly fast, and hard to photograph.
As
per usual lunch was a bit expensive and nothing great, but it gave us
a chance to sit for 1/2 hour. The main hot house was sadly closed. It
is having a 6 year, 30 million pound up grade. It is not due for
completion till 2018!
After
a few hours R&R at the flat, l dragged Geoff out again for some
night photos around London. We walked from Tower Hill to Westminster.

Another place I can say I have been to: Kew Gardens. At least there is a garden there. Not like when I went to Covent Garden...
