We had another few hours at Bertie, doing more sorting out & cleaning. It still isn't finished though.

In the afternoon we headed over to Bungendore to visit friends.

They have a new-build house on about 1/2 acre. We were last there soon after they moved in; just under 3 years ago. There was no landscaping done back then, so to see what they have done now was very interesting.

A heap of work has been done, but there is still a fair amount to complete.

We headed down to the George Hotel for a very nice dinner in the evening.

We had a good afternoon over at Deb and Justin's place. So much work done. So much work to do.

The rib-eye on the bone was Justin's recommendation at The George, and it was great. Varena found the red wine to her liking, so it was my turn to drive home for a change.
