We
were happy to have a relaxed day at the loft, for our final full day
here. Our only outing was to have afternoon tea at The Factory up on
Grant Street.
These photos are from yesterdays walk through one of the poorest area of Soweto - Kliptown.
HE SAID:
Venturing out only for coffee and cake after lunch, we had a planned rest day. The poor waitress at the café may have been a bit stressed when we left, as she had stuffed up both our orders. We still enjoyed our cake when it arrived, as you usually do.

24 people live in these 3 rooms, no toilets, power for TV only, (illegally taken), no fridges,
the tap is unusual but they look like to local laundry
