I checked out the Armidale Farmers Markets this morning. There were lots of food stalls - mostly prepared foods but a couple of vegetable, drinks & charity stands also.

Then I headed down to Uralla to check out the lagoons around the town. There was plenty of birdlife at the main Dangar's Lagoon, but Racecourse Lagoon was bone dry with a mob of kangaroos in the middle of it.

The rest of the day was quiet. We watched a couple of episodes of Call the Midwife on Netflix. We are 2 seasons behind, then Geoff watched the AFL.

While Varena was out I did a few very exciting things, such as sorting out kindling for the fire, cleaning the stove-top, and mucking around with van. The excitement never ends.
