Sunday 8th July

SHE SAID:

I had a solo sightseeing day out today. Geoff had “stuff & things” to do at the house, or so he told me!

My first stop was a revisit to Kattang Nature Reserve. It was a gloriously sunny & warm day & there were lots of people in the reserve today. I walked around the wildflower loop & to Charles Hamey Lookout, which overlooks Dunbogan Beach, & North Brother Mountain.

Next I returned to the top of North Brother; we had been at sunset but I wanted to look out during daylight. Again it was popular with lots of people BBQing.

My final wandering was along the Queens Lake Walking Trail. I got back to the house around 3pm, having done around 7km of walking!

Phew, I deserved a cup of tea!

I kept myself pretty busy around the house up until about lunch time. After that I had a lazy old time!
