had lunch at Jean & Bill's place in Aranda today, along with
Tony. They are my orchid contacts in Canberra & I wanted to see
them before we head south then west.
We
had a good chat about everything & they made suggestions of
places for me to hunt for orchids in Merimbula & Mallacoota, when we head that way next week. I got some info about places in WA too!
For
dinner we met up with Daniel & Evan for Indian in Pearce.

HE SAID:
Not being made of cardboard boxes I had to slip out to the paper and cardboard recycling depot in Phillip to get a box for sending the generator to Tasmania. Why you'd buy a heavy item like this and then have it couriered to Tasmania I don't know. So much for listing it on ebay as local pick-up only. It is quite a pain in the bum for me.
