SAID:
The
homeowners, Elaine & Geoff, returned just before lunchtime. I had
organised Chicken, salad, & wedges for us all, then Caramel
Cheesecake for dessert. We sat & chatted for almost 2 hours,
doing a handover & exchanging stories. They seemed to have really
enjoyed the Big Red Bash at Birdsville.
We
headed about 70km down the road to Nabiac, & stayed at the
National Motorcycle Museum. They offer free camping there. Our
first night back in the van is always great, our own little home
again.

The house was clean, lunch was made. Our chat when Geoff and Elaine returned was fun and interesting.
