SHE SAID:

A first for me today, well tonight really...I got to see the Aurora Australis, I heard it was going to be visible from southern WA, so I zoomed out around 9pm.

My photos are rubbish, not in focus & with the phone, but still the pretty pinky-red glow with faint beams in it is the aurora. SO happy. 

Now I have wait for another chance & get photos with the big camera & hopefully better quality.

I caught up with Dan near his office in Braddon, then we walked in the rain down to a Greek-style eatery for a flashed up shawarma. It was good to see him again. My evening plans changed, as I thought I was meeting Jamie but he thought it was tomorrow night. And, as he is still in Alice Springs, we confirmed it for tomorrow evening. I polished off the leftover curry from last night for dinner.
