I had my 3rd & final physio appointment today. The back is still giving me annoyances, more than pain. Hopefully, it will ease soon with exercises & massages.

As I have a couple of big days out coming up I decided to get the hard drives sorted out. I have finally got the orchid file done so need to get them saved off the computer now.

Vasse wanderings

I walked with Varena down to her physio appointment, then popped into Coles and wandered back to the house. Having a bit of a leg stretch is good, especially after my rather lethargic week or so having the skin treatment.
