SHE SAID:
The 3 orchid hunters went out for a few hours this morning, though Charli doesn’t seem to be very “into” the hunt! No open Spiders still! I’m way too impatient, I know.
After a beans on toast lunch I headed up to Dempster Head, leaving Geoff to try & find out the latest on his Mum. The message came through that things are still 50/50 at the moment, with a family meeting to discuss everything with the doctors scheduled for later today.
Geoff heard at 3ish that the treatment for the various infections is ongoing.

HE SAID:
We wandered around with Charli for a few hours this morning. We may have overdone it as she has been rather calm and a little sleepy all afternoon. Success?
The situation with Mum is still quite a worry. Covid, pneumonia caused by the covid, not eating much, her dodgy ticker, plus a few other things have really knocked her for six. Each day I wonder whether I should zoom over to see her. But then I think that it probably would not be of much benefit, as there are limits to visitors in her isolation area, she is very sleepy a lot of the time, and the three Canberra sisters have got it all covered. I'd only be a bit of a complication in some ways.
