SHE SAID:
It was time to head back to Goode Beach. I’ve had an excellent few days, with Wayne, Wendy, Jan, Tanya, & Luc. We found so many orchids; I have done a rough count & think there were 53, including hybrids! A very good effort.
Of course, I had several stops on the way back, breaking up the 500km drive. I left Kylie & Ean’s place before 7am & got to Goode Beach, in the rain, at 5.30pm. Lovely hubby had a cuppa waiting & was warming up Bolognese sauce for dinner. I lasted till around 9pm, before heading for bed!

HE SAID:
With Varena returning later today I did the usual domestic chores, such as vacuuming, mopping, restocking firewood, changing sheets, washing etc. Varena returned, very tired, but happy, before sunset.
Mum is still in a bad way, and one of my sisters mentioned the possibility of a nursing home if there is no improvement soon, which I have been wondering about, too. Poor Mum.
