SHE SAID:
Jean & I headed out to Tidbinbilla for an orchid search. She wanted to find a couple of orchids, which we did. They added to my tally of 8 varieties seen in Canberra over the last 2 days; Pretty good for this time of the year, everything is about a month later in the ACT.
It was lovely to catch up with her, it has been 3 ½ years since I was last over here.
Mick made a chicken curry for dinner, followed by Jacqui’s delicious Burnt Basque Cheesecake. Sadly, Geoff missed out as he had a Vertigo attack & headed for bed at dinner time.
Kathy arrived about 10.45pm, & we chatted with her for about an hour.

HE SAID:
With Varena out orchiding Mick and I went down to our storage shed in Kambah for a look at what was what. A few of the boxes are starting to get a little crushed, but nothing serious, I thought. It will have to wait until our next Canberra trip to be properly sorted. We also popped into the shops for a few dinner ingredients.
The bloody vertigo came on suddenly just before dinner. It wasn't a bad one, but I still had to go lie down in the dark and quiet, staying there all night.
