Our trip today took us up into the snow-covered mountains to a little under 2000m. We got to see the snow up close & personal, & the ski lifts were still running! Lori said this is extremely usual for the time of year.
Our main destination was Lake Molveno, the highest & cleanest lake in Italy, & it was quite pretty there.
We headed back down the windy roads to Trento for the final night & dinner on the company. Surprisingly we were given a choice for the meal. The rain was coming down as we left the Two Moors Restaurant, but we detoured via the Duomo (cathedral) & piazza for a night shot anyway.

There was a fair bit of driving today. We climbed to the snowy areas and were quite surprised that people were skiing and the chair lifts operating. The ski season has usually passed by now. After settling in at our hotel we had a wander around the old town and castle, which was typically historical and nice to see. The group dinner was better than the usual ones, mainly because there was a choice, even if those choices got stuffed up! We still managed a decent feed.
